Why I created this.
I’m a certified trainer, health coach, and yoga teacher — and I’m also a mom.
I rebuilt my strength, health, and confidence after three C-sections, months of bedrest, a demanding career, and becoming a single mom.
What worked for me wasn’t doing more — it was focusing on doing what actually matters most.
This blueprint is a taste of the positive mindset and habit building framework I use personally and with my clients.
